Team Coaching gives you the structure of one of our proven team training plans, combined with fully personal support.
Choose between our Powerlifting Gym programme or our Commercial Gym programme, both fully supported with unlimited WhatsApp access and regular video feedback on your training, so you're always guided, even while following a shared programme.
When a competition's on the horizon, you can move onto a dedicated peaking block to bring you to the platform in top form.
It's ideal if you want expert one to one coaching without the cost of a fully custom plan.
